How are the juices made?
All our juices are made by hand, using high quality locally sourced fruit and vegetables. The juice is then bottled and immediately placed in to the freezer.
How do I defrost the juice?
Take out the relevant juices for the next day the night before they’re to be consumed and place in your fridge. The next day, take your juice out of the fridge 1 – 2 hours before you are ready to drink it. If your juice is not fully defrosted, just place it in a jug of warm water for 10 minutes. Shake your juice gently before drinking.

Are the juices dairy free?
Yes our juices are suitable for vegans.
If I have an allergy to a specific fruit or vegetable can I still do the juice plan?
Our juices are made in an environment where nuts are present so are not suitable for those with a nut allergy. If you have an allergy to a particular fruit and vegetable please let us know and we may be able to leave it out or replace it with something else.
How will I feel whilst doing the juice plan?
Everyone feels different, some people find it really easy and sail through but some find it a little more difficult and may have some side effect. If you do struggle it is normally day 2 that is the hardest.
Common side effects:
Headaches (this is mainly due to caffeine withdrawal)
Once the toxins start to eliminate from your body you will feel much more energised.
*If you do become unwell and the symptoms continue to get worse this may not be due to the juicing so we would suggest you seek medical advice*
Can I exercise whilst juicing?
Yes, light exercise is recommended for example a nice walk, yoga, a gentle swim. Intense exercise is not recommended.
Can I have anything else while juicing?
Yes, water, herbal teas and caffeine free teas. Please avoid caffeine drinks like tea and coffee, green tea contains caffeine.
Where do I store the juices?
Once your juices are delivered you can store them in the freezer for up to 1 month. We give you instructions with the detox on how to defrost you juices.
Helpful Tips –
We suggest that 2/3 days before you start your juice plan to reduce your tea, coffee and caffeine related drink as much as you can. This will make it much easier and hopefully reduce the headaches.
Drink lots of water (up 2 litres per day), this is recommended before and during the detox. This will keep you hydrated and hopefully reduce any side effects.
Storage – Please make sure you have plenty of room in your fridge and freezer!
